Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons cold water
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 4 cups broccoli, steamed
Preparation
Step 1
In a large crock pot, stir together the steak, the beef broth, the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and minced garlic. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours.
Stir together the cold water and corn starch until smooth. Stir into the beef mixture and cook for 30 minutes more.
Add the four cups of steamed broccoli.
Serve over rice.
