Ingredients
- 20 slices Pepperidge Farm white bread
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tbss. butter
- 1 6 oz can of canned lobster
- 2 tbsps. parsley
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Trim crusts from bread. Roll the bread slices to flatten slightly. In a saucepan heat and stir together cheese and the 2 tbsps. butter untill cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Add lobster and the parsley. Spread about 1 tablespoon lobster mixture on each bread slice and roll up. Melt the remaining butter; brush over rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cut rolls crosswise into thirds. Place on baking sheet. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until golden. Makes 60 appetizers.
