Ingredients

  • (makes 2 servings)
  • 2-3 cups of nut milk (Amy Jo used brazil and macadamia nuts)
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 6-10 leaves of kale, rinsed (remove stems)
  • 1 tbs. raw coconut butter or coconut oil
  • 2 tbs. hemp seed
  • 1-inch slice of fresh ginger
  • 1 cup of ice
