Szechwan Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 4 T water
  • 2 T ketchup
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 T EVOO
  • 1/4 cup slice green onions
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 12 oz. cooked shrimp, tails removed

Preparation

Step 1

Stir water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, red pepper and ground ginger. Set aside.
Heal oil over medium heat, stir in green onions, garlic, cook 30 seconds. Add shrimp and toss well to coat. Stir in sauce, Cook till sauce is bubbly and thickened.
