Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 - 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 to 3 tsp. dried herbs of choice (parsley, chives,thyme, sage, etc.)
- 4 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Srub and rinse potatoes. Cut in thin slices (not all the way through). Brush with butter. Sprinkle with herbs.
2. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes. Sprinkle potatoes with cheeses and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes longer.
