Ingredients
- 1 (3-oz) box lemon Jell-O
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup dry milk powder
- 1/2 cup Creamora coffee creamer powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Put through your blender lemon Jell-O, powdered sugar, dry milk powder,
Creamora powder, salt till thoroughly mixed. Store in covered container in refrigerator indefinitely.
TO USE FROSTING MIX:
Remove 2 cups mix and combine till smooth with 1/4 cup hot water & 2 tsp. lemon extract. Sufficient to frost one 9" layer cake.
