Ingredients
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs fennel seeds; ground
- 1 tbs dried rosemary, crumbled
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and rub over 3 lb boneless pork roast. Refrigerate up to 8 hrs. Cook in roasting bag at 400 for approx 2.5 hrs or convection roast w/o bag.
