Ingredients
- 8 ounces thin spaghetti
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked turkey, cubed
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup light cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9 x 13 x 2 pan.
Cook spaghetti.
In large pan over medium, heat half the butter until it sizzles. Add onion and garlic; saute until tender Stir in turkey.
In another pot over medium, melt remaining butter. Blend in flour. Add stock, salt and pepper. Cook until it thickens. Blend in cream. Stir into turkey; add spaghetti; toss.
Turn into prepared pan. Bake until heated through.
