Ingredients
- 1 cup corn meal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Measure first 5 igredients into a bowl; stir.
2. Beat egg in separate bowl. Mix in milk and butter. Stir into dry mixture just until moistened.
3. Turn into greased 9"x9" pan. Bake at 425F for 20 to 25 minutes until browned.
