G Washington Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 C diced hot cooked potatoes
  • 3 packets G Washington's Rich Brown Seasoning & Broth
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 1/2 T cider vinegar
  • 1 C diced celery
  • 2 chopped hard cook eggs
  • 3 T minced onion
  • 3/4 C mayonnaise
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle the seasoning, oil & vinegar over hot potatoes. Set aside to cool. Combine remaining ingredients, add to potatoes & mix until potatoes are well coated. Add salt & pepper. Cover & chill
