Ingredients
- 4 C diced hot cooked potatoes
- 3 packets G Washington's Rich Brown Seasoning & Broth
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 T cider vinegar
- 1 C diced celery
- 2 chopped hard cook eggs
- 3 T minced onion
- 3/4 C mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle the seasoning, oil & vinegar over hot potatoes. Set aside to cool. Combine remaining ingredients, add to potatoes & mix until potatoes are well coated. Add salt & pepper. Cover & chill
