Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 3 cans tuna, drained and flaked
Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat eggs in medium bowl until frothy. Add remaining ingredients, stirring after each addition.
2. Turn mixture into a greased 8"x8" pan.
3. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes until firm. Cur into 9 squares.
