Baked Chicken Breasts with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup real sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Wrap bacon around chicken, roll and secure with a toothpick. Lay in casserole dish, mix other ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 275 for 2 & 1/2 hours or 3 hours covered with foil. This is a favorite!!!
