Ingredients
- 1 3-3 1/2 lb beef brisket, cut in half
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup grape jelly
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together in a bowl, all ingredients but brisket
2. Place one half of brisket into slow cooker, then pour half the sauce over it. Place the second half of brisket on top and pour the rest of sauce on it.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Slice brisket, serve with cooking juices.
