Ingredients
- 4 skinned chicken breast halves
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 large onion
- 10 cloves of garlic,un-peeled
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together salt, pepper, and paprika. Rub all over the meat side of chicken.
2. Place onion in cooker.
3. Place chicken meat side up on onion.
4. Place garlic on top of chicken.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or until juices run clear.
