Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Canola
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Basil
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1) Preheat to 375
2) Remove corn silks (but not husk) and then soak corn in water for 5 minutes
3) dry and roast for 20 minutes
4) fry red onion in oil in pan and once slightly browned add corn (removed from cob) and pan char the corn
5) Combine all ingredients in bowl and let sit at room temperature for up to 1 hour
