Ingredients
- 1/2 package macaroni (8 oz.)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni following package directions, 7 minutes. Drain and rinse. In a small bowl, whisk mayo, carrot celery, vinegar, pickle relish, sugar and pepper. Stir into drained macaroni and refrigerate until serving.
