Ingredients
- 6 skewers
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill. Peel potatoes and cut into squares. Thread 5-6 onto each skewer. Brush with olive oil.
For glaze: In sauce[an melt butter over medium heat and ad brown sugar until dissolved. Mix in syrup ad nutmeg. Cook until smooth and set aside.
Place potato skewers on grill and grill for 20 minutes or until tender, flipping ever 5 minutes. Brush with glaze during the last 3 minutes of grilling.
