N** Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts (rinsed, drained and chopped)
  • 1 10 oz. pkg thawed frozen spinach (drained, squeezed dry and chopped)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonaise
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 romano cheese
  • 1 c. monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together making sure cream cheese is mixed well. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
