Lemon Dream Squares

Ingredients

  • 1 c graham crumbs
  • 1/4 c butter, melted
  • 2 c frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
  • 1 pkg (85g) Lemon Jell-o
  • 1 3/4 c thawed Cool Whip
  • 2 1/4 c mixed fresh berries (sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix graham crumbs and butter, press onto bottom of a plastic-wrap lined 8 inch square pan. Freeze until ready to use.

Beat yogurt and dry jelly powder in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add Cool Whip, mix well. Spoon over crust.

Freeze 4 hours. Use plastic wrap to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve. Top with berries.
