Ingredients
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 T chopped dill
- 1 T chopped chives
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t grated lime rind
- 1 1/2 T lime juice
- 1/4 t ground cumin
- Salt & pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 chopped kalamata olives
Preparation
Step 1
Place carrots in steamer basket over simmering water. Cook & steam 6 min.
Arrange on platter
Combine next 9 ingredients in mini food processor; process until smooth.
Drizzle herb mixture over carrots; sprinkle with olives
