Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- SALAD:
- 1 pound spinach
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- ALMOND TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dressing ingredients.
For Almond Topping: Combine ingredients in saucepan; cook over medium heat until sugar melts to a golden and coats almonds, about 5 mintues. Cool on greased foil.
