Rosemary Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 lamb chops
  • 1 1/2 oz of rosemary
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sprinkle of paprika
  • garlic powder to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic powder and paprika. Put into ziploc bag with balsamic vinegar and refrigerate 4-5 hours.
2. Cook on the stove top in a skillet for appr 12-15 min, turning only once.
May add extra oil or vinegar as needed.
