Ingredients
- 4 6oz salmon steaks or fillets
- 1 lb asparagus trimmed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- Grilled lemon wedges (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
2. Preheat grill to medium
3. Drizzle salmon steaks and asparagus with olive oil
4. Season with salt and pepper
5. Sprinkle with lemon juice and rosemary
6. Grill salmon and asparagus 10-12 min or until fish flakes with fork and asparagus is tender.
7. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and grill lemon wedges if desired.
