CRANBERRY CRUNCH SALAD

A delicious fruit salad and very healthy

Ingredients

  • 1 apple chopped
  • 2 slices of fresh pineapple
  • 1/8 cup of chopped walnuts
  • Florida sugar crystals or sugar
  • 1/8 cup of orange juice
  • 1/8 cup of canola oil
  • 1 tab of cider cinger
  • 1 Tab of lemon juice
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1/2 chopped dried cranberries or Cranraisins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and chill well. Adjust sugar, orange juice and vinegar to taste. Serve with a twig of fresh mint.
