Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 t butter, melted
- 1 T flour
- 2 cups water
- 1 6 oz can crabmeat
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 T parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 1/8 t hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in butter until tender. Add flour to make a smooth paste. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly. Gradually add water. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly just until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.
