Ingredients
- 2 Lbs Sirloin
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbs sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 head broccoli
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup corn starch
Preparation
Step 1
Cut sirloin into bite size pieces, put into crock pot.
In a large bowl combine Beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and brown sugar, mix well. Pour over meat, stir to coat meat well.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Combine cornstarch in the cold water. Pour over the meat mixture. Stir. Add broccoli florets, stir to coat. Cover and cook on low 30 minutes more.
Serve over rice. I prefer yellow rice.
