Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 24 – 30 medium mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup ground chopped chicken
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Gently twist stems from mushrooms and finely chop.

2. Melt margarine in frying pan. Add onion and mushroom stems. Sauté until soft.

3. Add next 7 ingredients. Stir well.

4. Stuff mushrooms. Dip tops in cheese.

5. Arrange on baking sheet. Broil on second rack from top for 3 – 5 minutes or bake in 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes until crusty.
