- 1 lb turkey cutlets
- 1 cup flour
- lemon juice
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Dredge cutlets in flour
2. Heat a skillet with olive oil
3. Add cutlets to pan
4. Sprinkle with lemon juice
5. Sprinkle with black pepper
6. Cook until golden brown
7. Turn cutlets over and repeat above steps.
