Ingredients
- 1 (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 (10oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup reduced fat mayo
- 1/4 cup reduced fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated romano cheese
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 375 degrees. in a small baking dish mix together artichoke hearts, spinach, reduced fat sour cream, reduced fat mayo, reduced fat cream cheese, romano cheese and garlic. cover dish. bake until heated through and bubbly, another 25mins. serve hot, warm or cool with pita chips.
