Ingredients
- 4 C Seedless Watermelon Chilled, Cubed-3/4"
- 2 C Seedless Cucumber Cubed-3/4"
- 1/4 C Banana Peppers Diced
- 2 T Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 oz Feta Cheese Crumbled
- 2-3 T Fresh Basil Chopped
- 1 t Red Pepper Flakes
- S & P
- 1/4 C EVOO
- 1 t Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 C Sun Flower Seeds Toasted
- OPTIONAL: Red Onion Diced
Preparation
Step 1
Large Bowl, Combine First 8 Items & Toss. Mix EVOO & Vinegar and Pour Over Mixture, Add Seeds & toss.
