Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup chilled champagne or ginger ale
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 20 oz pkg frozen unsweetened strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
In processor, blend sugar 30 seconds. Add champagne or ginger ale and lemon juice. Process 30 seconds.
Add 2 cups frozen berries. Pulse to break up berries. Add remaining berries and process until smooth.
