Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or thawed strawberries
- 1 t cornstarch
- 1/4 cup currant jelly
Preparation
Step 1
Place berries in blender and process until smooth.
In saucepan combine all ingredients and cook until bubbly.
Cook 2 minutes more.
Press mixture through cheesecloth or sieve to remove seeds.
Cover and chill.
