Peach Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or thawed peach slices
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 T light corn syrup
  • 1 t cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Place peach slices in blender and process until smooth.

Press mixture through a sieve to remove solids.

In saucepan combine peach puree with remaining ingredients and cook until bubbly.

Cook 2 minutes more, skim off foam, cover and chill.
