Ingredients
- 1/2 small watermelon, seeded, cut into 1 inch chunks (6 cups)
- 3 T powdered sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
In blender on low speed, blend 1 cup melon with sugar, lemon juice and salt. Add remaining watermelon and blend until smooth. Freeze according to directions.
