Ingredients
- 1 About 1 Cup Chopped Kale or more!
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 15oz Can of Northern Beans drained and rinsed
- 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 oz Cashews chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the kale and a 1/4 cup of water.Toss and cook for a minute or two until most of the water evaporates.
Add the beans.
Toss, add the vinegar and cook for 1-2 minutes allowing all the flavors to mix.
Add the cashews and cook for one more minute.
