Ingredients
- 2 - 2 CHICKEN BREASTS CHOPPED SMALL.
- 1 - 1 ONION CHOPPED.
- 1 - 1 BUNCH OF ASPARAGUS CHOPPED.
- 1 - 1 CAN OF WILD RICE, DRAINED.
- 2 - 2 CANS OF CREAM OF ASPARAGUS SOUP.
- 2 - 2 CANS OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP.
- - OLIVE OIL.
- 4 - 4 SOUP CANS OF MILK.
Preparation
Step 1
- IN PAN, SAUTE ONIONS IN OLIVE OIL, ADD ASPARAGUS AFTER ONIONS ARE GOLDEN.
- COOK CHICKEN IN OLIVE OIL, IN SOUP POT.
- ADD ASPARAGUS AND ONIONS, 4 CANS OF CREAMED SOUP, MILK (OR CUT WITH WATER) AND WILD RICE.
- BRING TO A BOIL.
- ADD PAPRIKA, OR BACK PEPPER, AND SALT TO TASTE.
