Applesauce Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1/2 t cinnamon
• 1/2 t nutmeg
• 1 cup applesauce
• 1/4 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup chopped raisins
• 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes then remove.
