Ingredients
- 2 pkg crescent rolls
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 1 1/4 cups grated swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 TBSP dried parsley
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 TBSP dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 egg white slightly beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine chicken, 1 cup of the cheese, celery, parsley, mayo, mustard & pepper. Mix well.
Scoop filling evenly over desired crescent rolls that have been laid out in an overlapping circle pattern with the long point to the outside like a starburst pattern. Bring long points over filling to center, joining with short points. Brush outside with egg whites and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in oven 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
