- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger root
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- grated peel of 1 lime
