Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • dash salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat 4-5 minutes or until thickened.

Serve on pancakes, waffles, ice cream, pound or angel food cakes or puddings.
