Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked roast beef, cut into thin strips
- 1 398 ml can pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 pouch onion soup mix
Preparation
Step 1
Lightly brown beef in oiled skillet, for 2 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and add to beef; mix thoroughly. Simmer for 20 minutes, covered.
