Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon powder
- 2 cups hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid gravy browner
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 ounces frozen pea pods, thawed
- 1 handful bean sprouts
Preparation
Step 1
Place meat in slow cooker. Combine next 6 ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.
Mix together water and cornstarch. Mix into meat. Stir in pea pods and bean sprouts and cook another 30 minutes.
