Ingredients
- 1- 9 inch pie crust, baked
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries
- 3/4 cup sugar (or Splenda)
- 2 1/2 TBSP corn starch
- 2 TBSP corn syrup
- 1 cup water
- 2 TBSP strawberry jello
- 1/2 tsp red food color
- 1 (8oz) whipped topping
Preparation
Step 1
Cover bottom of pie crust with strawberries. Combine sugar, corn starch, corn syrup and water in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Add jello and food coloring. Stir until dissolved. Cool. Pour over strawberries. Top with whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
