Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • Bruschette:
  • 1/2 C. margarine
  • 1/4 C. mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • As many tomatoes as you want to make, chopped & put in strainer, press down to get most of liquid out.
  • Olive oil to taste.
  • Red wine vinegar to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, as much as you would like.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Best if made a day ahead. store in fridge.

Mix all bruschette ingred.
Great on italian bread
