  • 2 Tbs corn starch
  • 1 cube Chicken bouillon; instant
  • 1 3/4 cup turkey stock
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 pinch pepper, to taste
  • 1 pinch poultry seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put corn starch, bouillon, pepper, and poultry seasoning in small sauce pan. Slowly stir in turkey stock, stir constantly over low heat, add milk.

2. Continue stirring until thickened.
