Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup red wine
Preparation
Step 1
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in medium saucepan. Saute mushrooms in butter for 10 minutes. Remove to a plate. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and blend flour and a few drops of beef broth into pan juices. Stir in remaining beef broth and wine. Bring to a boil and cook until mixture thickens. Return mushrooms back into sauce. Serve.
