Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, each ~3/4 inch thick
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tsp paprika
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup white wine

Preparation

Step 1

Place pork chops in one layer in a shallow ovenproof baking dish. Combine garlic,
paprika, salt, and pepper, and spread over chops. Pour the white wine over all. Cover
and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Uncover the dish and bake chops uncovered in the marinade for 1 hour.
