STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS (Cathy’s)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 sun dried tomatoes (in oil)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 12 mushroom caps
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese.

Preparation

Step 1

Place walnuts in pan with butter. Stir in tomatoes and cream cheese. Fill caps. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil
