Ingredients
- 2 cups thinly sliced cooked beef or pork
- 2 tablespoons Instant minced onion
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops liquid smoke flavoring
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low 4 to 6 hours. Remove and discard bay leaf. Serve hot over french rolls or toast.
