- 1/2 CUP MAYO
- 1 1/2 TBL DIJON MUSTARD
- 2 MED KOSHER DILL PICKLES FINELY CHOPPED
- 1/2 SMALL SHALLOT MINCED
- FOUR 8 INCH SMALL BAGUETTES SPLIT
- 2 CUPS SHREDDED ICEBERG LETTUCE
- 2 TOMATOES THINLY SLICED
- HOT SAUCE FOR SERVING

PREHEAT A GRILL PAN IN A LARGE BOWL USING HAND MIX THE GROUND PORK WITH THE PAPRIKA CAYENNE PEPPER, THYME, GARLIC POWDER, 11/2 TEAS SALT 1/4 TEAS PEPPER FORM THE PORK INTO TWELVE 1/2 INCH PATTIES GRILL OVER MODERATE HEAT TURNING ONCE UNTIL COOKED THROUGH ABOUT 8 MIN MIX MAYO WITH MUSTARD PICKLES AND SHALLOT SEASON SALT & PEPPER SPREAD ON BOTH SIDES OF BAGUETTES PLACE 3 PORK PATTIES ON BOTTOM OF EACH BAGUETTE TOP WITH LETTUCE & TOMATO AND FEW SPLASHES OF HOT SAUCE
